American Civil War era. The pattern includes a
20 page instruction booklet complete with
detailed illustrations.
Note on the tip:
Even when it appears flat on extant bonnets, the
tip is a blocked piece placed into the
headpiece. Our forms are constructed using
this technique. The pattern does not
require a separate blocked tip, but flat and
rounded blocked tips are available for purchase.
